Irish Pork and Crackling
Pork Shoulder cooked in a Spiced Cider and Aromatics, Twice Roasted to create a moreish, rendered Crackling. Served with a Spiced Apple Sauce
Scottish Wild Tarragon Pie
Vegan Wild Mushroom and Garlic Pie made with a Light and crisp Flaky Pastry, delicately flavoured with fresh Tarragon. Roast Chicken can be added upon request
