Braised Wild Boar slow cooked into a rich Red Wine Ragu, delicately flavoured with Sage and Homegrown Bay Leaves

Romesco Gnocci

Vegan Dish, based with a classic Italian staple, Creamy Tomato Sauce with fresh Potato Gnocchi. Can be complimented with local white fish upon request  

Chestnut Soup

A historical dish that provided nourishment to the Northern regions during times of famine, with each family being gifted a sapling

Seafood Linguine 

Locally caught clams and crustaceans pan fried with cherry tomatoes, garlic, chilli infused olive oil. Finished with fresh tarragon and served within Wholegrain Linguine, Al Dente 

Alcoholic Pairings

Red, White and Sparkling wines, Beers, Ales and Ciders selected for each event to pair well with the selected menu. Specialised cocktails can be designed

Non-Alcoholic Pairings

Regional choices selected upon request, chosen to suit menu such as Italian Bitter Lemonades,  delicious coffees and juices. Unique Mocktails can be designed towards the events theme and menu selection
